Positional Arguments
- file
ICESat-2 ATL06 file to run
Named Arguments
- --output, -O
Name and path of output file
- --raster, -R
Input raster file
- --format, -F
Possible choices: netCDF4, HDF5, geotiff
Input raster file format
- --variables, -v
Variable names of data in HDF5 or netCDF4 files
- --projection, -P
Spatial projection as EPSG code or PROJ4 string
- --sigma, -S
Standard deviation for Gaussian kernel
- --tolerance, -T
Tolerance to set as valid mask
- --verbose, -V
Verbose output of run
- --mode, -M
Permissions mode of output files
